Collective Care
We can’t talk about self-care without talking about the systems that keep making us tired. Yes! We deserve Bubble baths, journaling, gym time and therapy, but self-care can only go so far when the systems around us are set up to exhaust, not sustain, us.

Wellness is Not a Luxury
In a world where everyone on social media is selling the wellness aesthetic for these outlandish prices we fail to realize what wellness really is. Wellness isn't a brand, It's a right and a need. It's having clean air, safe neighborhoods, access to mental health support, a job that pays a living wage.

Invest in our people
We're all just out here trying to survive, pay bills and take care of our families Meanwhile, the city keeps throwing millions at ‘public safety’, which too often just means more police, not more care.
A lot of us are struggling to find affordable housing, find childcare, and working two jobs just to pay rent. That doesn't feel like safety. We demand funding for what actually is keeping us well (housing, health, parks, education). More police don't prevent harm, care does.
